| WHere can I purchase ff Farmer cheese? is it edible? Brooklyn/Norther NJ areas are the easiest places for me to purhcase it

Slim U used to make it. I haven't seen it in years.
Definately edible. I used to season it really well and use it in Greek salad instead of feta.

| I saw a kosher brand online but with shipping it was outrageously overpriced
