I prepare breakfast for my children the night before and I'm looking for ideas.
I need good spreads for whole wheat bread which they dont like to much or other ideas that I can make the night before, doesn't make a big mess, easy and healthy.

I don't like to give them cereal!!

Thanks

Can you prep a bunch of ww bread spread out on a pan/cookie sheet with a slice of cheese on each and tomatoes on top, then just stick it in the oven for 10 mins before they're ready to eat?

I give my kids oatmeal in the morning. Also they like whole wheat pancakes with cottage cheese and syrup (I do agave syrup or honey) on top.

My kids usually eat any of the following -

Pancakes (I do oatmeal pancakes or cream of wheat with whole wheat flour - they like both)
Oatmeal
Farina
Yogurt + muffin

The pancake recipes I use are these -
Oatmeal Pancakes
Cream of Wheat Pancakes (I use whole wheat flour in this one)

Cream of wheat = farina = semolina
Any supermarket should carry it with the breakfast cereals, same place as the oatmeal or other hot cereals.

Do you give the whole wheat bread plain or toasted because my kids will only eat that bread toasted?

I've made and given cinnamon buns and breakfast biscuits. You would need to have it already made, but I sometimes prepare everything the night before and bake in the morning. There's also overnight french toast, but that also would have to bake in the morning unless you do it the night before of course.
