Vegetable sauce??please ASAP

I'm looking for some sort of veg sauce, could include mushrooms to serve over potato puffs.
would appreciate a recipe ASAP as I'd like to cook it nowish.

veg sauce

1 large carrot
2 pcs celery
1 red pepper
1 small can mushrooms
1 med onion
3 pcs garlic
1 tsp paprika
pinch sugar
pinch of salt

saute onion & garlic. dice rest of the ing. add it,
saute for additional few min til soft, then add water almost covering, then cook 25-30 min on med flame

in separate bowl combine 4 oz oil & 6 Tbs flour, add it to the veg mixture, if too thick add water to adjust the consistency
