I want to do a dairy lunch party in the succah one day on Chol ha'Moed.

I have a wide assortment of cheeses that DH just brought back for me from Europe (all CY!).
I have 5 bottles of wine.
I have a ton of dairy plates in snack sizes.
Tons of large white paper napkins.

Planning to cook a large salmon
A few veggie quiches
Veggie tray with dips
Pumpkin pie with real whipped cream

I still need to go shopping for crackers.

OK, what am I forgetting?

Olives/Hot (pickled) peppers
Spreads - pesto/tapenade/sundried tomatoes
Salad
Dessert? (Or is that pumpkin pie? I never know with americans)

You need cheese platter (wooden or stone), cheese knives.
If serving soft cheese like brie, camembert etc, make sure you leave it out of fridge 30min before serving so it's mellow. And please, do not make "baked brie"--blasphamy to good cheese.

Get a few different types of crackers/crispbread. Don't get "Ritz" stye greasy ones, what you need is plain ones like watercracker or even matzo crackers.

Serve with grapes. Blue cheese gets served with celery sticks. Also nice ripe pear slices go very nicely. You can also serve with fruity chutneys, compote (like plum).

Also get an assortment of wine--you can do both red, white or rose or sparkling.

Tea, sugar, sweetener, lemon slices
Forks and spoons
wine cups, hot cups, cold cups
(I bought lots of plastic for sukkot)

If you have hot coffee, some biscotti/mandelbroit might be nice

Perhaps have some nut-free snacks on hand for any children with allergies

Thanks for all the suggestions!

It was freezing cold and drizzling outside, and my Chronic Fatigue was flaring up, so I decided to postpone it. I'm thinking that as the motzei Shabbos gets earlier, I'll have a Melava Malka instead. I think that would suit most of my friend's schedules better, too.

BTW, my baked brie is amazing. Unfortunately, I don't have any CY brie right now. Anyone know where I could order some?

Natural and Kosher makes a CY brie. I don't know where you can order it, since our supermarket has been stocking it lately, so we just get it there. The website is www.naturalandkosher.com.
