| Is it possible to stuff peppers with meat mixture and freeze with the sauce?

I don't have direct experience with this. I have a guess, and since no one else has "said" anything yet...
Rice and beef (cooked or raw) freeze beautifully. Peppers lose their crunch and tend to be soggy. I think you could prepare the filling (even in balls) and the sauce, freeze separately, and then assemble before cooking and it might taste better.
But again, I've never tried it!

Yep, its very freezable.
The peppers get soggy in the sauce anyway.
