Prepare 2 lb of ground turkey as you would for meatballs.

Chinese sauce:
3 cups ketchup
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup vinegar
1/2 cup soy sauce

Bring to a boil, mixing until smooth. Lower to medium heat, drop in meatballs. Cover and cook until meatballs cooked through. You may need to lower heat more so meatballs don't get scorched. Add a can of drained pineapple chunks if desired.

Freezes well.

This sounds delicious. Has anyone tried this?
I'd like to know times, like how long the meatballs have to cook? If not I'll be standing there checking a whole time. Wink

How long? I'm not the OP but my guess is if it's on low, you're safe for a half hour.

really? So short? I always cook my meatballs for close to two hrs! Unless its diff cuz its turkey? I use chicken.

I simmer my meatballs for 45 minutes.

What I meant was, you're safe not checking for at least a half hour. 45 minutes - 1 hour is probably standard.
