That's what I was going to write. (My husband.)
Good thing no one answered they married their wife. Now that would be a problem. _________________ http://a-natural-birth.com

I married my 3rd cousin - who also happens to be my 3rd cousin (again) - and my uncle's best friend (and triple 3nd cousin)'s son - you get the idea?
How crazy, for some strange reason I never heard of or met him before - G-d has is master plans

| My marriage is the kind only G-d could have made. We are from different countries, different backgrounds, different social circles, the works. Though we did find out once we started dating that I had briefly dated someone he was in yeshiva with. That's the closest we got!

Married someone from a different continent, no connection at all, introduced by someone who knew him and knew someone who knew me. But after the wedding we found out we share a common ancestor 12 or 13 generations back...AND that a guy who used to take the same bus I took to work every morning was his older brother!

| our fathers were good friends as bachelors and dh and I are considered a bungalow colony shidduch since our families often went to the same colonies. some summers our bungalows were maybe 15 ft apart so while we knew of each others existence, little did we know then what the future had in store for us.

I have 2 good friends who are first cousins, and who married brothers. So their kids are first and second cousins to one another.
One couple has been married about 23 years, and the other 19, so I guess its worked for them. _________________ Life is scary. Wear pantyhose.

| my brother married my childhood best friend. We were neighbors till we were 8 and we were friends throughout high school and elementary. Her older brother is good friends with my brother (now her husband) and her younger brother is good friends with my brother. So yes the families know each other well and I knew her very well. However, the chassan and kallah (now husband and wife) did not know each other well before they dated each other. They knew of each other though. They are now happily married for about 2 1/2 years and they have one kid and another on the way. She is a great sister in law.

really interesting...
my grandfather's family took refuge at my husband's grandmother's home for a while when they were both kids (hiding from the communists I believe)
and we got engaged 3 months after his grandmother passed away, 1 year after my grandfather passed away.
we always wish they would have lived to see it, and then we wonder if it was them who made the shidduch up there.

DH and I met at work.
Our only connection is that we lived in the same area, although many years apart. I lived there as a little kid, he lived there as a teen.
Oh, and we had the same first car. Same year, same make, same paint job. (And not a common car, at all. In fact, very rare.) _________________ mommy to 2 girls, 1 boy

Our parents are good friends. We used to play as kids, but then got too old and barely talked to each other until a mutual friend (who didn't know that we knew each other) suggested the shidduch. _________________ If you're happy and you know it- Thank HaShem!

I married a skinny guy with hair. Don't know where he went.
He married a chubby broad. She's still here.

My husband! B"H!!!
His name was already in the works but his parents said he was too young, wait a yr, in the meantime I dated a guy from our community who was from such a diff background to me and on our supposed to be last date he couldn't/didn't propose...B"H!! He is still not married...
Then a month before we were going to start dating (and he was really wanting another yr to learn etc) another guy from the same class as my dh (and good family friends to us,) and I dated and got engaged. I broke the engagement...5 weeks before our wedding..
Almost a yr later I got engaged to my dh and B"H happily married with three gorgeous kids and so grateful that the One Above clearly showed me that the right one was there all along...

I married my brother's brother-in-law, my brother-in-law's brother, and my mother-in-law's son. Yup, all one person. _________________ "I'd agree with you, but then we would both be wrong".

I married my brother's friend, although did not know him. He is also my brother-in-law's cousin and my brother's best friend's cousin. When we got engaged all my brother's friends were kind of shocked because I looked young and they themselves did not know that I was of marriageable age. _________________ Great things come in small packages.
