Just wondering if anyone was ever in this situation or got involved with someone else who were in this situation, and how you dealt with this.
My x is constantly going to see our kids in other places aside from their home at times that are not set up. He was given frequent visitation based on what he asked for.

Yes I know someone who was in that situation.
I guess the question is: what is the problem with his seeing them at other times?
Is the problem that he is dangerous and needs supervision?
Is the problem that he is taking them out of class and causing disruption?
or is the problem that he is your ex and you don't want him having that priveledge?
the person I know was nebach trying to chap arein to see his kids when ever he could because his ex wife was making it difficult for him to see him when he was supposed to see them, and trying to punish him through his kids.
I don't know what is going on in your situation but I guess what you need to do is evaluate why is he seeing them at those times and what exactly is the problem with it if there is any at all
Legalities aside, and presuming he is safe and there is no damage being done, he is their father as much as you're their mother.
