Do you want a real fruit soup/compote or a smoothie/Blender type of dish?

There are so many recipes. Some call for dried fruit but my favorite is:
I take a ton of fresh fruit that is soft and going too ripe. Strawberries give a great color if you have.
Peach, nectarines , plums pears

I take out the pits. I do not take off the peels. I put in a huge pot and cover with water. For sweetener you can put in sugar, agave or honey I like to add some vanilla and cinnamon. I also add some nice red wine and it gives it a great boost and color.

The most important thing is taste taste to make sure sure its the flavors you enjoy.

I cook it out for a while when the peels start to come off and everything appears to be well cooked and the liquid is even with the fruit I turn it off and cool. Note that it will taste sweeter when cooled. You can always adjust.
Serve VERY cold it should be a thick consistency.

For smoothies you can also do so many things
Take yogurt ( I always freeze it before so it is cold and I find the ice makes it watery)
milk bananas any fruit really. I even make it pareve There are literally thousands of versions.
tell me what fruits you like.
You can make them really healthy with some avocado or wheat germ.
