| wanted some feedback? does it wheel good? is it ez to fold? does it fold with the seat? does it recline back fully? would you recommend it???

| My sis in law has it and loves it. The wheels are good for smooth surface but not an all terrain stroller. The seat fully reclines in both positions and it folds with the seat in the forward position (not sure about in rear facing position)
