I tried sifting through tens of recipes here... I gave up.
For allergy reasons I need to make something without eggs or tomatos.
Does anyone have a good, quick recipe?
Oh and not sheperd's pie.
Thanks

Tortillas.
Mix meat with different spices like garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, sweet pepper. Sometimes I add in a bit of soy sauce and ketchup for taste.
Fry.
I make it buffet style, so cut up all different kinds of veggies and put them in separate bowls on the table and everyone can fill their tortilla as they wish. (think lettuce, tomato, cucumber, corn, avocado, red bell pepper, fried onion, olives)
And dont forget a sauce. (I usually mix ketchup and sweet chilli) _________________ Wise men talk because they have something to say; fools, because they have to say something. -Plato

Do you brown the meat, or do you form patties and fry?
Also I need a sauce that doesn't have tomatoes, yours has ketchup.
Thanks so much.

I have a recipe on my blog which I can't post. but its a sloppy joes recipe, for on top of pasta, and you can cut out the crushed tomatoes, and replace it with bbq sauce about 1/2 cup _________________ Death Is The Only Guarantee In Life.

You brown the meat so it's all little pieces.
Sorry, forgot about the tomatoes. It's really just a do whatever you like kind of dish. So you could maybe just use sweet chili (if that doesnt have tomatoes, not sure) or BBQ sauce, Garlic mayo even something like 1000 Islands, think any burgers bar sauce.

I make stuffed shells with leftover ground beef.
I brown the meat (chopped into little pieces as if you're making tacos), spice it with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and occasionally whatever Mrs. Dash I have lying around. If you want it "saucy", you can add some water and a low-sodium bouillon cube.
Once meat is browned, I place already boiled jumbo pasta shells into a 9x13 pan, spoon the meat into the shells, pour the juices over the pan once they are filled and put it in the oven for around 15-20 min until a little crispy on top.

Saute onions and mushrooms and diced potatoes.
Brown meat.
Mix with some water and tamari saue.
One dish meal with a bit of salad on the side. _________________ But then again, I'm a dragon.

Some ideas
-tacos (in taco shells, tortilla wraps, pitas...)
-meatball pitas with avocado salsa
-moroccan burgers
-kefta ground meat kebabs
-sefardi meat bourekas
-stuffed zucchini, peppers, or cabbage (using jars of thinned and seasoned pureed butternut squash and sweet potato as sauce)
-meatball dumpling soup (using flax seed replacer or unsweetened apple sauce instead of egg)
-meatballs in carrot gravy (flax seed or apple sauce replacer)
-moroccan cigars _________________ Really Awesome Mom!

ra-mom....
The flax seed or applesauce will bind the meat? Sometimes you can get away without egg period, just make the meat mixture a bit drier.

And I've been meaning to use the flax mixed with water replacer. I know it really works.
If I don't use egg (or replacer), I don't use crumbs, because then the crumbs make the meat WAY to dry. (The other recipe ideas above don't have either eggs or crumbs and are delicious.)
