Does anyone have a recipe of any Parve vegtable quiche and can u make it also in little tarts?

This is pareve. Its not pretty if that is what you are looking for, but it is good.

Zuchini Quiche
Cook 2 peeled squash (I boil in water) and then mash
Mix in bowl:
1 onion diced (sauteed - I sometimes put in without sauteeing)
2 eggs
1 tbsp sugar
3/4 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 can mushrooms (sautee with the onions if sauteeing)
garlic, pepper, and salt to taste
Add mashed zuchhini
Pour into frozen pie crust (deep dish pie crust is a good size, otherwise it will be too much filling)
Bake 1 hour at 350

You can use any quiche recipe without cheese and just substitute rice/soy/almond milk for cow's milk.

I think there is also a pareve tuna quiche recipe on this site.
