Plz help!!!

so I bought an epilator today. and I saw something that looked like a hair so I returned it cuz was scared someone used it and they returned it back to the store and it was put back on the shelf. so I exchanged it for another one. and this one also had something looking like hair(maybe its shedding plastic...no idea). but in his one I saw some clear jelly looking thing in the razors part. im so nervous someone used it and just returned it. I dont know what to do...am I paranoic? cud stores even resell products like this??

legally I dont think they can sell something that has been used and I also dont think they accept returns that have been used unless there is a technical fault...
depends on the store. if you still arent happy get a refund and go somewhere else.

ewwww return it and check it at the store costumer service counter....the goop can be blade lubricant ,I saw some on dh's shaver once.

I once bought 2 defective leapsters for dd ..3rd time was the charm Very Happy

op here: so we called the store and they told us that things like this never get returned on shelves. plus the cord was still wrapped up and plastic wasn't open. so I used it. and my hubby also said that the jelly thing is probably lubricant.
