ISO Mushroom Soup Recipe

Does anyone have a good mushroom soup recipe (Preferably healthy and easy)?

saute onion and garlic aprox. 24oz fresh mushroom sauted add vegetable broth boil and add spices and a can of small white beans that you puree first bring to boil simmer 20-30 min.

This is my go-to recipe when I just need a quick soup that is really tasty and I don't have much stuff in the house. From Faye Levy's cookbook 1001 Jewish Recipes:

1-2 tbsp veg oil
1 small onion, chopped
3/4 lb small white mushrooms, halved and thinly sliced
1 tsp paprika
3 cups chicken or veg stock or broth
3 cups water
1/2 cup white or brown rice
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (I use dried)
Salt and pepper, to taste

Heat oil in a heavy saucepan. Add onion and saute over medium heat 7 mins, stirring often. Add mushrooms and paprika and saute 5 minutes, stirring often. Add stock and water. Stir and bring to a boil. Add rice. Cover and simmer about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until rice is tender (more time for brown than white rice). Stir in parsley. Taste and add salt and pepper if needed.
