sorry I dont have exacts, but the general gist:
Broccoli
Few tablespoons mayo
garlic powder
onion powder
few tablespoons flour
egg
mix and throw in pie shell
dust top with paprika and breadcrumbs
Delicious

| There is a good recipe for one with broccoli and mushrooms in the Quick and Kosher cookbook.
