Anyone can enlighten me, the whipping cream and whipped cream in this recipe refers to heavy cream or whip topping (non dairy) or something else? Also the cream cheese is the whipped kind or the block kind?

the whipping cream is either heavy cream (if u want it to be dairy) or whipped topping - then whip it up till fluffy.
the cream cheese is the block of cream cheese
