Grilled or broiled sweet poatoes
sweet potatoes
2 T olive oil
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp each cumin, cinnamon, salt and pepper
You par boil your sweet potatoes (whole) and let cool slightly, peel. Chunk into desired shape, put in pan or on grill, and brush with above marinade.
