Me Too brand flats (shoes) - where to buy?

I *love* Me Too flat shoes. I really want these:

But they are all either out of stock or over $80 (I prefer to spend under $40 if possible). I am a size 8. Also, I would really prefer to buy them in a store, or if online then I would like to be able to return to a store since I don't have much mazal buying well online and more often then not end up returning/exchanging. I checked DSW and Macy's and did a search on Google.

Any suggestions are welcome - I really need new shoes. Thanks!!
