Does anyone have a good, filling, nutritious recipe for a smoothie that you can just put into one of those plastic bottles meant to be shaken (specifically for smoothie type drinks)?
I'm 10 weeks postpartum, and back at work for about a month, and I pump at work. I have NO time to prepare healthy lunches or breakfasts...I feel like I'm living on chocolate and coffee to keep me going and I KNOW this is not good for me, my baby, or my other kids. I bought one of those plastic jugs meant to be used for smoothies, just need a good nutritious recipe

| How do you make a smoothie without blending fruits or vegetables? Does this cup attach to a blender?

| Are you looking for a shake that contains protien powder that you just put into the cup, add milk and ice and shake?
