Has anyone ever made stuffed sweet potatoes from the spice and spirit cookbook (I think it's page 286). I'd like to make it for R'h but am not if I want to make it if I have no clue how it's going to come out.
I'd appreciate any comments.

| It's sweet potatoes stuffed with pineapple and some other things. Looks like a really easy recipe. But, I'm having "choshuve" guests so I don't want to experiment on them if noone here has ever tried it out before.

| tzimmes is carrots, swt pot, pineapple, and many put prunes although I think thats gross. a sweet dish with honey and cinamon added usually boiled.
