| I'm also planning on doing meatballs (raw), baking cookies (can freeze dough balls, too), prepping things like onions, making latkes, prepping, saucing/spicing and freezing raw chicken, and more. Most of my menu will be frozen ahead of time since I'm due the first day of Pesach!

Absolutely! Freeze in small amounts, so you can just pull out the amount you need when you need it. A huge time saver!

It depends on what type of apple kugel, but generally it should freeze very well.

| I freeze everything except salads: kneidlach, tzimmes, cakes, potato kugel, apple kugel, chicken , roast turkey, "breaded" fried fish fillets, holoches, meatloaf, meatballs. Not soup but only for lack of freezer space.
