Here's a recipe I have, it doesn't make tons so if it's for a crowd you may want to double it. It doesn't use pudding, but you could probably substitute pudding for cocoa and leave out the sugar. It has an amazing mocha taste! Also, I'm not into it with the chocolate chips, the next time I make it I want to try grating a chocolate bar or something like that, but we'll see if that happens.
1 - 8 oz. container pareve whip
2 t water
Less than ¼ C sugar
½ t vanilla
1 T and 2 t cocoa
1½ t instant coffee
mini chocolate chips
Whip first 6 ingredients for 7 - 8 minutes. Add chocolate chips. Freeze. Yield 6-7 servings.

| I didn't see your food processor question...during the year I use a kitchenaid, I would say a food processor isn't really what you want because I don't think it'll whip the whip (I could be wrong). So if you have a handheld mixer for Pesach you'll probably want to use that.

| You can do it with a food processor if you have the correct piece. With the Braun, there is a whipping attachment. It's a plastic piece that looks sort of like a gate. Other companies might have a whipping attachement too, look through the manual.

| You can get an electric hand mixer for 10-15 dollars at target.
