Broiled Bananas
a la health.com
bananas
brown sugar or regular sugar or sugar syrup
cinnamon, optional
Slice banana and cut into half, lengthwise. Place it cut side down on rimmed baking sheet. Sprinkle with 1 T sugar and broil until sugar bubbles, about 2 - 3 minutes. After broiling, sprinkle with cinnamon, hand grated if possible.
