Family first had a recipe for ground chicken, with a piece of pastrami wrapped around it baked in a muffin cup. I think it was around Chanukah time. Does anyone have the recipe? And did you have luck with it?

| I did them. I have the recipe for the sauce but for the ground chicken I made my own recipe and just added a bit of ketchup as theirs had. It was delicious!

| How would this look/taste if I switched the ground mixture with a potato kugel mixture? Dont want so much pounlry.

| I made it for Rosh Hashana big hit, I agree too much sauce you can cut it in half, they froze great, Making another batch for Succos. I made it with 5 lbs of ground chicken and got 36 muffins. I also used brisket and corn beef instead of pastrami, cut them in 1/2 vertically.

| Just want to add I made these for Pesach with the Pesadich Crumbs and they came out great- I used Corn beef instead of pastrami.
