Has anyone ever had this.
When my kids were new borns and they would wake up in the middle of the night I would quickly nurse them back to sleep and then I would fall right back asleep.
Now when my preschooler ever wakes up in the middle of the night. That's it! I am wide awake for the rest of the night.
Maybe it's just because I am normally so exhausted with a new born that I fall back asleep right away.
It just makes me think that if I ever decide to have another baby, then will I still not be able to sleep after being woken up in the middle of the night.
Has anyone else had this?
