| Where can I get a nice shabbos tablecloth from that doesnt get wrinkled when washed, and also a hard plastic tablecloth to cover it?

You want something with more polyester than cotton.
For the plastic, go to a hardware or housewares store. They can cut you one from the roll.

Wrinkling in synthetics comes from washing in hot water. Wash on warm or cold setting. With a plastic cover you should have to wash very seldom.
The easiest-care cloths are 100% polyester and bear trade names like terylene, crimplene and the like.
