Black mark on collar & cuffs of white shirt

what have you found to work best to remove the black mark on collar & cuffs from white shirts?

I have given in the shirts to the cleaners but they never come back clean. anything I can do at home?

For shirts that don't go to the cleaners I usually use a bleach pen on any dirty spots before I put it in the wash

I use Shout - it works great!
Also bleach pen on some small stains.

Another vote for bleach pen

If its a black spot on a shirt from the cleaners, it could be burnt. Not sure how the stain looks but if it isn't able to be removed that may be why.

I have the same problem on my girls uniform's shirts.
But they are light blue...
It is so frustrating because the shirts always look filthy even tho I wash them every other day.

Please tell me what works!!

I spray shout on it

spray some sort of stain remover. in Israel I use oxygen (the green bottle) shout is also okay. sometimes I use a bleach pen

Spray Shout and spray Oxi Clean work very well together.
