I saw this posted on one of the posts. Does anyone know how to make this? A picture would be helpful!

Just use some corn syrup to glue the bottom of a chocolate covered marshmallow square, on top of a store bought ready chocolate covered graham cracker cookie.
I think some people may add ribbons.
But the above is the way I have seen them years ago.

I believe Shufra makes the covered marshmellow squares. They come repackaged in those clear containers that viennese crunch comes in.
The chocolate covered crackers look like little square chocolate cookies. They come in a package similar to the sandwich cookies (parve heimish oreos.) It might be made by Lieber's.
Does that help you? I can try to look next time I am at the supermarket.
