Maybe they would just want something classic?

by my sheva brochos, every person got a little index card to write a tip for a happy marriage... some of the adults gave normal tips... while the teenagers and non married ones gave really funny ones. for example: I think my mother was the one that wrote.. dont go to sleep angry and my single brother in law wrote... no secrets in public because he hates that he gets left out..
then you have someone read them and put it into a little loosleaf for them to keep. occasionally we read ours and we laugh how funny some comments are and how true they are.

I don't see many people participating to such a thing, it sounds awkward.

My brother and his wife were given messages that they had to convey to their new spouse by mimicking only (no words).Think "I've invited two bachurim for lunch" or "your tie is crooked". It was great fun. BUT the SB were by close friends, and the people invited were all close friends or family - I wouldn't do it in a large setting.

Buy a matte frame at a crafts store and place a photo of the newlyweds in it. Pass it around at the SB and have everyone autograph it with a Mazel Tov wish/advice. It's not a game exactly, but it is a nice form of entertainment.

Don't know what the setup is at your party, but how about a homemade version of the Newlywed Game?

when I made sheva brachos for my brother we played the newly-wed game with the 3 couples married the longest. it was HILARIOUS! I googled a website with 100s of the game's past questions and chose carefully. I can explain how I set it up if you want me to, it was organized and everyone got a kick out of it... but, you gotta have the right crowd.

we always try to have a game or two at SB, esp if the guests dont know each other well, it makes it more interesting than just divrei torah
two favorites are:
1. Wordies (google it, they are fun - if you are creative, you can think of some that have to do with the chosson/kalla's names, or where they are living, or something else relevant to them)
2. a bag of miscellaneous stuff from around the house. each guest has to pick one item, and give the new couple a bracha using the symbolism of the item (I.e. a lego - may you build a bayis neeman together, just like legos build stuff, or just like a lego has its up and down sections, so will your life together, but the larger picture is that of building something larger and meaningfull.... etc)

Heard of giving out recipe cards and have everyone write down a recipe for the new housewife. Then you present it to her in a recipe card box.

Unless he'll also be cooking and baking, I'd prefer to do/play s/t that would be presented to BOTH of them. It's a SB. The idea of the recipe cards is really nice for a shower though.

at the sheva brachos made by the director of the camp I worked at for many years, some girls made a version of scattergories about us. the categories were things like "something pobody has worn on her head", "things pobody's DH might be shocked to hear" etc. kind of hard to come up with, but you could be more generic, too, and make them just about marriage.

we did this, but with the chosson kalla, and their parents as the three couples
it wasn't so organised, but was a close shecva brochos with mostly just family, and we had a lot of fun

I completely agree. I would try to sneak away if a game was going to be played. This isn't a bridal shower.

This is a wonderful idea. I might just borrow this although I'd announce that nobody can use the "Don't go to bed angry" line since probably every guest would write that anyway (not that I agree with it btw).
