Spicy Sauce for chicken with Hot Sauce

Anyone have a good spicy sauce to put over baked/fried chicken cutlets that includes red hot spicy sauce?

In this week's Mishpacha.

2 chickens, cut into 1/4 or 1/8
1 Tbsp hot sauce
2 Tbsp ketchup
1/4 c apricot jelly
1/4 c hot and spicy duck sauce
2 Tbsp onion soup mix
2 large onions, sliced, optional
preheat oven 350 clean chicken pcs, pat dry. arrange in a single layer in a large roasting pan. You can place sliced onions on bottom of pan if desired. ( This keeps chicken moist) Combine all sauce ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Gently spoon over chicken, taking care to cover each piece. spread with spoon. Cover tightly with foil. Bake for 1-1/2 hrs covered,and an additional 1/2 hr uncovered.

For a more mexican flavor you can try mixing Chipotle in Adobo with tomato sauce, just becareful because the chipotle is very spicy.
