Creamed spinach?

Can someone give me a recipe for pareve creamed spinach using frozen spinach?

cook frozen spinach with a cup or 2 of water, pour out excess water when done. in frying pan saute equal amounts of oil and flour- I do about 5 tablespoons each, the more you use the more creamy it is. add to the cooked spinach with some crushed garlic, onion powder and salt. you can saute an onion and add it in too

cook 1 lb. frozen spinach according to pkg directions. drain very well. add 1 clove crushed garlic.
make white sauce. pour over spinach. season very well with salt and pepper to taste.

White Sauce

1 Tbsp corn starch
1 cup Parve milk
2 Tbsp margarine (oil)
1/4 salt
1/8 tsp pepper

Combine corn starch and milk in a small saucepan; stir until smooth. Add margarine (or oil), salt and pepper. Stirring constantly, bring to a boil and boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat.

Roasted garlic makes really delicious creamed spinach and makes it feel much creamier. I use it even in my dairy creamed spinach--then I don't need white sauce, and just a bit of cream at the end. I also saute some shallots before I add the spinach to the pan.
