Is the fabric of the stroller removable for washing? (I thought mine wasn't, but found out 2 years later that it was.)

Keep washing it a few times a day with Murphy Oil and water.

try baking soda, it's supposed to get out odors, I'd sprinkle on the powder when it's wet and then scrub it off later with more water and a brush. sorry, good luck

If it''s any consolation to know that someone else had a worse mess: my son used to throw up in his stroller and high chairs at least 2wice a week for years! I'd take them into the shower with me to get them clean, (we lived in an apt with no porch)
