Mens Coat?

I'm looking to buy a mens dress coat. Something 3/4 length & black. I dont want to spend too much. About $50-$70 At most. NY, Brooklyn area please. Or online.
I checked Bergemant & American place, they had for $99 & above Shocked

I actually saw a nice one on oldnavy a few weeks back but it seems it sold out since isn't on the site anymore.

Any one with other ideas? Maybe local stores?
