I always used to sleep either on my stomach or my back then I got pregnant and I had to learn to sleep on my side. I was always rolling onto my back so I used a body pillow which helped alot. Now I see my baby won't sleep unless she has her hands by her head.
How do you sleep?

| I used to sleep on my stomach and then I got pregnant and haven't since. My oldest is 12 k"h.

I used to wake up and flip out thinking I was hurting my baby, etc., now, expecting my 4th, I just go back to sleep until I get big enough that it's uncomfortable. But then again, on my sides make my hips hurt...

Also, hand under head but in between knees when it's cold out.

I always slept on my stomach and when preg learned to sleep on the side with a body pillow. now I'm gratefully back on my tummy.
my baby sleeps with her hands up by her head too! looks like she's surrendering. cracks me up. funny that she's not the only one.
