| im in desperate need of help for my 10 year old ds. non stop fighting... hitting other siblings.... chutzpadig to his parents.... im starting to lose it... anyone got any ideas how to deal with such kids?????

| Sounds like your ten year old is having a rough time. Is he having issues in school with rebbe, teacher or friends. Maybe he's frustrated. He doesn't know how to deal with his issues. Find a quiet time and place, make sure he and you are well fed and calm. Have a conversation and don't accuse him. It could take a few tries but hopefully he will sense that you care about him and will talk to you. Tell him that his behavior is unacceptable and together you come up with ideas for him to cope and deal with whatever is bothering him. Hatzlocho Rabba.

 Glad someone else is also recommending the class to desperate mothers
Amother, this class will help you way more than any advice you'll get on Imamother, or even any books recommended. You'll get a lot of information about the class on the thread posted, and there are other threads (from previous years) on Dina Friedman's class as well. Search her name, at least 3 threads should come up.
