| I know HL Grill is under the vaad of Philadelphia which is good. I don't know about the first place.

| holy land is 100% good hashkachah. no question about that. the other place I would definately check into cuz it doesnt sound familiar to me at all which means its prob not good.

| Why don't you call them up and ask who gives them the hashgacha? I think the reason most people haven't heard about this restaurant is because it's located in the center city Philly and the jewish communities are in the suburbs
