| |
In an effort to help future frum court assistants, I am asking anyone who remembers any of the questions on the test to email them to me.
I will use this info to create a study booklet for the next time the test is given. I intend to disburse this booklet among the frum applicants free of charge.
If you can help at all please email me any questions you remember at frumcourtassistant@gmail.com
In case you are wondering, there is nothing illegal in the procuring of questions, in order to develop practice tests.
Thank you very much.

While there may not be anything illegal procuring the questions, there is usually something illegal about supplying them. Most review companies do this, but the reason they are not sued is because they do it on the down low and they significantly alter the phrasing of the questions. In some instances people who want to take standardized exams multiple times to try and improve their scores are even required to provide proof that they are not working for Kaplan or another such company by memorizing the questions.
Was there a warning on the exam that said memorizing the questions or distribution of these questions is illegal? Or something about how stealing the exam/taking it home with you/copying down questions is prohibited?
I applaud you for trying to help other frum people get jobs but I would encourage you to make absolutely certain you are not going to get in trouble (or get others in trouble) for doing so. _________________ Need Help with college or graduate school applications?
