I had both meat and dairy placemats; until I found out that my family had mixed them up and they went right into the garbage (OK, recycling).
What do you do, and how do you keep them separate ?

use cloth ones that can be washed. _________________ If you're gonna be blue, be bright blue!

They're totally different colors/patterns.
