Substitute for Canned Mushroom Soup
oil
onion
8 oz sliced mushrooms
flour
water
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
You sautee a small onion in 4 T oil and add your mushroom, heat and add the 4 T flour. When cooked, add your 2 cups of water and spices. Presto!
