Anyone a bookkeeper? I have some questions.

I am in Israel, but I wanted to know generally first if this is something worthwhile to study? Meaning are there jobs out there?

Also, what exactly do you study to become a bookkeeper?

Nobody knows anything about being a book keeper?

I dont know about israel, im in ny. but, afaik, most bookkeeping is done on quickbooks these days or on a custom program to fit the business. you dont really ahve to know all the ins and outs of how it works. you just need to know the program. I wouldnt be a ble to tell you if there is a big demand for it, but knowing quickbooks is definitely a good start.

If you want to become a CPA, it requires a graduate degree now. Stam a bookkeeper isn't that choshuv.

Think about your questions. Women who were trained years ago, and have been working ever since, are more in demand then someone thinking about going back to school now.
