| I've never made tzimmes before but DH requested it so I opened the Spice & Spirit & made the Easy Tzimmes. It's supposed to cook for 30 min. The sweet potatoes & carrots still felt raw so I let it cook another 1/2 hr & they are still raw!!

| Boil carrots and sweet pootatoes till you can mash them , then put in cinamon, sugar, honey, canned pineapple if you like mix it and you are done....
