Little Slice of Heaven Cookies

2 1/2 cups walnuts - I cheat & buy the already ground up ones
3 cups confectioners sugar
1/2 cup plus 3 T cocoa
pinch salt
4 egg whites, separated but not beaten
1 tsp vanilla

optional- 8 tsp ground coriander

You mix and bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Makes 60 small cookies.

Just for clarification, is it 8 tsp coriander? And if you dont buy the already ground walnuts, is it 2 !/2 cups ground walnuts?

You can google coriander. I left it out. YOu can use mint if you like it.

I'm not sure why you're suggesting to google coriander, I know what it is, I use it all the time, I just wanted to clarify the 8 tsp. That sounds like alot in a cookie as coriander is a strong flavour.

8 tsp of corriander sounds kind of gross. I cook professionally and doubt I put that much in 100 ounces of chumous....

Exactly my point!! Maybe its an 1/8th of a tsp?
