Cold Pasta Salad
pkge of noodles, any kind
2 big tomatoes, chopped
30 or 40 leaves of basil, or herb of choice
4 cloves garlic
salt, pepper, & oil to taste
Boil pasta and mix with above. Let cool in fridge until serving.
Optional add-ins: halfed olives, strips of cheese, or add fish or meat to make it a lunch or dinner
