| if you're exclusively breastfeeding, you should know that a baby cannot get constipated from breastmilk. That said, it might seem painful for your baby to make - is he/she making "green"? (as opposed to yellow) ? He/she might need to get more hindmilk - that means, nurse longer on one side to completely empty out the breast.
