Need recipe from this past weeks mishpacha or bina

In desperate need of coated chicken bottoms from mishpacha or binah from last week. Would appreciate immensely if someone can please please post it. tia.

Here you go:
Crispy oven baked chicken

8 pieces chicken (or 4 chicken bottoms)

Crispy Coating:
2tbsp oil
1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup cornmeal
1/4 cup cornflake crumbs
2 tbsp cornstarch
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp parsley flakes
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp garlic powder
oil spray

egg Coating:
1 large egg
1 tbsp mayonnaise

preheat oven to 350' put 2 tbsp of oil in a 9x13 pan and set aside.
combine all crispy coating ing in a small bowl. Put egg and mayonnaise for egg coating in seperate bowl and mix well with fork. dip chicken in egg mixture then coat well with coating. Place in oiled pan. Spray tops of the chicken with oil spray. Bake uncovered 75-90 mins.

Note: they use chicken with skin as it imparts great flavor but you can strip the skin or use thin strips of chicken cutlets.
