I'm looking for some new ideas...
I would prefer w/o raw eggs, if possible, but if it's amazing, it's ok.
whip topping, chocolate, sugar, pb...bring it on!!!

http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Two-Step-Creamy-Cheesecake/Detail.aspx
Ingredients
* 1 (8 ounce) package (parve toffucti)cream cheese, softened
* 1/3 cup white sugar
* 1 (12 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
* 1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust
* 1/2 pint sliced fresh strawberries
Directions
1. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Fold in whipped topping. Spoon mixture into graham crumb crust. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
2. Once the cheesecake has set, garnish with sliced strawberries. Serve.
I use confectioners/powder sugar
I freeze this - (without the stawberries) and it is soooo delicious - NO EGGS!!!! I place the sliced strawberries on just prior to serving.
serve straight from freezer - no need to thaw - has a GREAT ice cream texture!
It comes out like a parve ice cream!!
to make chocolate - add 1 cup of melted chocolate chips that has been melted with 2 tsp oil - to prevent it from burning - and mix it into mixture.
PB - add 1 cup pb
sometimes I make 2 layers of flavors - but this is my classic parve icecream recipe - no eggs, no churning... easy!
I've made it with diff crusts - including a parve (eggless cookie dough crust), put it into a lg circular springform pan.
I've s/ts left out the strawberries and drizzled melted chocolate on the top

A good friend of mine served this at sheva brochos. It looks complicated, but when I got brave and made it it was pretty easy, and really good.
Peanut butter chocolate mousse pie
1 cup cocoa
1/2 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup sugar
2 8 oz whips
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 Tbsp vanilla
1/2 cup choc chips
chocolate cookie crust (cookie crunch recipe follows - even better, but not necessary)
Mix cocoa, sugars. pb, vanilla, and whip. Beat until blended 3-4 minutes (not whipping whip first)
Fold in chips, spoon into crust, and freeze. Serve topped w/choc syrup and whipped cream.
cookie crunch recipe (replaces store bought crust, and very worth the effort)
1 cup margarine
1cup brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 1/2 cups flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 cup choc chips
Preheat oven 350
Mix marg, brown sugar, and vanilla. blend in flour and baking powder
add chips
spread on cookie sheet. bake for 20 min. turn crunch over after 10 min to prevent burning (use spatula and work in sections)
remove from oven, and crumble with metal spoon.
cool, put in bottom of pan, and put mousse on top.
There you go - sugar, chocolate, pb...I ''brought it on"!

As of last week, it's the peanut butter chocolate mousse pie that chocolate moose posted in another thread. er
Before that, it was the strawberry ice cream pie - blend a package of frozen strawberries with a container of marshmallow fluff and a frozen whip topping till smooth, put in graham cracker crust and freeze.

this is may favorite too. It always gets rave reviews. And I'm embarrassed to give the recipe. You can mix in a bag so that there is no spoon or bag to make dirty.
I like it best in a choc graham cracker crust.

shanie and sky - you just pour the whip on top in liquid form??
so its just crust - crushed cookies - liquid whip? that is AWESOME!!
how does the consistency of the whip come out when not whipped? and it doesnt leave a big gap on top?
what flavor cookies do you usually use with a chocolate/grahamcracker crust?
im so excited about this!! _________________

yes, just make sure the whip is fully defrosted. It tastes like ice cream pie. no gap-just fill pie crust.
I use chocolate sandwich cookies usually, but also the white ones or the mixed white/black ones. all work well in either crust.

Don't use extra deep/large crusts. the regular size. It fills it perfectly. The consistency is creamy just like ice cream.
I use sandwich cookies, like oreos. Some melt more than other brands in the liquid, but all still work fantastic.

I"ve posted this one before:
cherry ice cream
1 1/2 cup Whip (dessert topping)
1 can sweet pitted cherries (drained and chopped)
1 T cherry liquer or the cherry juice from the can
1 pkg cherry jello
place cherries in a small pot. Pour over liquor or juice. Sprinkle on jello. Stir mixture over med heat for 3 minutes or until warm. jello should completely dissolve but not jell. Put in the freezer to cool.
Whip the whip and fold in the cherry mixture.
My simple recipe is to just fold in choc chips or a chopped choc bar, pour in to 9inch round pan and freeze and serve in wedges.
The original recipe for the crust was:
8 oz semisweet chocolate
1/2 c. whip (dessert topping)
1 1/2 T cherry liquer or the cherry juice from the can
stir over medium heat until melted and smooth. Pour into graham cracker crust and cool. Pour in cherry mixture and freeze.
But I didn't feel that part was worth the extra work. I'd rather the chocolate mixed into the ice cream
This thread also has lots of egg free ice cream:

serve straigt from the freezer and cut with a sharp knife.
The trick to not getting crystals is to completely defrost the whip before re-freezing with the cookies. If it is semi frozen you may get crystals in the icecream. I keep mine in a zip lock bag and don't let it defrost and I have never had a crystal problem.

The recipe calls for 10 oz whip, 1 lb strawberries (blend separately), and 8 oz marshmallow fluff, but it lends itself easily to adaptation - I make it with a full package of each, whatever the size is, so if I'm using a 16 oz whip and a 15 oz marshmallow creme I just add some extra strawberries...amounts don't need to be so exact, it'll usually work either way.

I found a very easy one here a few years ago:
1 tofutti vanilla ice cream defrosted. Pour into a graham cracker pie crus & refreeze. Mix 1/2 c each of chocolate syrup, corn syrup & peanut butter. Spread on top of frozen pie. Crush viennese crunch & sprinkle on top.
