1. 15,100 BTU $375 - 1 month old. Retail is $478 (We paid $550 total with tax & $40 shipping.)
2. 10,000 BTU $200 - 1 year old. Retail is $350
3. Stackable Gas Washer/Dryer $300 - 2.5 years old. Retail is $750.
4. Two Twin Beds - 2 years old but guest room usage, not frequent. Mattresses firm, includes box springs and metal frame. $350 for both. Retail is $700 or more.
5. 5,000 BTU $50 - 1 year old. Retail is $100.
CASH OR PAYPAL ACCEPTED. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PICK UP. AS IS, NO RETURNS.
Prices are slightly negotiable.
Washer/Dryer is noisy at end of cycle, but in great condition. Fast washing cycle and great drying. We did maintenance work to keep it in top shape last year.

UPDATE:
Everything sold (not to imamothers lol) except for the 15,100 BTU (brand new) air conditioner and the two twin beds.
The air conditioner is a real bargain for someone because we're desperate to get rid of it! Make an offer if you are interested!
