Can someone help me find this recipe

Someone once posted a recipe for mashed cauliflower, like mashed potatoes. taken from top chef. I can't find it... does anyone know the recipe...

I don't know the top chef recipe but mine is yummy and pretty easy. Clean and trim the cauliflower, steam in microwave (I stand it on the stem in a bowl put an inch or two of water in the bowl and cover with plastic) for about 20 minutes. Mash with fork then puree with hand blender. Add salt, pepper and an onion or two fried in canola oil until nice and brown.

thanx, the one that was posted had cream in it, it was dairy... anyone???? I remember it sounded yum, and I didn't take down the recipe at the time... oh well

yum! this is the one! thank you so much! I ended up cooking up a bag of frozen cauliflower, I drained it, added salt, pepper and a little sour cream and mashed it up

It was really good (I almost ate the whole pot myself Embarassed

)
