Hi ,
anyone ahve a good recipie for club steak on the grill. maybee a good marinate (sp?) like to leave in over night?

| minced garlic, black pepper, and rosemary in olive oil. add some balsamic vinegar if you want but if u add the vinegar the meat can get mushy if u let it sit overnight- the acid tenderizes the meat, but overtime tenderizing=mushy....

Does a marinade with lemon juice do the same thing? I found a recipe online (lemon juice etc) that says to let it marinate 2-6 hours but I thought it was too long...
