I am on the diet successfully since Chanuka. I am very happy and satisfied with it. I am not sure about a program for men. There is a meeting in Boro Park, you can pm me for the info. An important component of the program is the support from the group and meetings. Its a Jewish version of Overeaters Anonymous. LOL
